Abstract
The paper, aimed at a complaint that an installation unit fails to perform its obligation of construction notification, investigates the user's site, revealing that what the installation unit actually installed is a simple elevator for materials handling instead of lifting platform. The paper further compares the differences between lifting platform and simple elevator in equipment definition, control device and purpose, and suggests defining in accordance with purpose of equipment and strengthening on-site supervision.关键词
