铸造起重机桥架有限元分析及改进

Abstract
With the 250+80/20 t-24 m casting crane in a steel plant as the research object, structural characteristics of the loading bridge are analyzed comprehensively, and its model is established using finite element analysis software MSC. MARC based on the most dangerous working conditions in practical operation for finite element static calculation and check of its overall and local stiffness and strength. Moreover, two different improved finite element analysis models are built according to the calculation results of the original structure. The analysis results indicate that stress concentration occurs at the opening fillet of the end beam diaphragm A, and the paper presents an improvement scheme of loading bridge structure against the problem. Check on the strength of the improved loading bridge structure shows that the overall maximum equivalent stress of loading bridge drops up to 4.4 MPa and maximum deflection decreases by 0.08 mm at stress concentration diaphragm with new diaphragm, but the effect is limited. Therefore, it is suggested to deal with stress concentration by changing size and transition roundness of the fillet.关键词
