含表面裂纹的K形管结构应力强度因子分布研究

Abstract
Considering the fact that K-joint structure is an important bearing structure of crane lattice boom, and its weld toe area is prone to cracks and the cracks may expand as time goes on, especially when age limit draws near, it is important to study mechanical properties of K-joint with cracks. A finite element model is established for the K-joint structure of the crane lattice boom using ABAQUS software, and mechanical analysis is carried out on the model with the influence of weld and surface cracks taken into account to get stress intensity factor of crack tip node, resulting in the distribution law of stress intensity factor of surface cracks around K-joint welds varying with geometric parameters. The analysis results show that, in the cases of brace under simple tension, the outer diameter of brace and chord has a great influence on the stress intensity factor of the surface cracks of the K-joint, while thickness of the brace and angle between the brace and chord have little influence, which provides important data reference for the anti-fracture design of the lattice boom crane.关键词
