基于MSC.fatigue的大型抓斗挖泥机臂架结构疲劳寿命分析
摘要
Abstract
Total life fatigue analysis is conducted on boom structure of large dredger using finite element software Ansys and professional fatigue analysis software MSC.fatigue. A hybrid model of beam element and plate element is established by using MPC multi-point contact in Ansys and imported into the MSC.fatigue for fatigue life calculation. The calculation results indicate that the fatigue life of boom structure satisfies the requirements on design service life. The research is significant to life analysis of similar engineering ship machinery.关键词
