摘要
Abstract
The paper analyzes the requirements on abnormal power failure protection of motor stator in TSG Q7015-2016 Regulations for Periodical Inspection of Hoisting Machinery, and makes a comparison with the corresponding one in TSG Q7015-2008 Regulations for Periodical Inspection of Hoisting Machinery. The new periodical inspection regulations are more demanding, which take faults of both forward and reverse contactor and speed regulation device into account to prevent stalling of hoisting mechanism due to abnormal power failure of stator arising from various power supply faults of lifting motor. The paper illustrates that relevant requirements in 2016 version are more comprehensive and complete, and improve the safety performance of hoisting machinery.关键词
