摘要

Abstract

In order to deal with the problem of air pollutant emission, coal-fired power plants are pushing on ultra-low emission reform. The key points of ultra-low emission reform in coal-fired power plants are discussed, including boundary condition, operation status, denitration transformation scheme, dust removal transformation scheme, desulphurization transformation scheme and fans transformation scheme. Main technical routes for ultra-low emission transformation for coal-fired power plants are introduced. Moreover, the application of main technical routes in current power plants are analyzed. The investment cost, operation cost, economic benefit and environmental benefit of ultra-low emission are analyzed. The results show that, there is no obvious rule between ultra-low emission reform technical routes and investment cost. Before formulating technical routes, technology and economy of the projects should be compared according to the actual situation of units. Better quality of coal and larger unit capacity will lower the unit investment cost of ultra-low emission reform and improve the economic and environmental benefits.
