Energy-saving optimization of ultra-low emission retrofit for desulfurization system in thermal power plants

摘要

Abstract

Ultra-low emission transformation can effectively reduce pollutant emissions from coal-fired power plants, but some transformation for the desulfurization system exposed a series of problems such as too large design margin, excessive retrofitting and over high energy consumption. To solve these problems, this paper suggests that reasonable design boundary condition should be ascertained, and optimal sulfur content in the design coal should be selected according to the actual fuel. The design scheme should be optimized and energy conservation equipment should be selected. The design plan should take into account the flexible regulation of the desulfurization system and energy saving operation under different load conditions. The operation parameters should also be adjusted. The result can provide references for the similar engineering designs.
