Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of scattergram in dynamic electrocardiogram.in the diagnosis of supraventric-ular arrhythmia Methods The dynamic ECG data of 573 cases,who were outpatients or hospitalized patients at the First People′s Hospital of Ziyang City from January 2014 to December 2015,wasselected. Drawing a scatter plot with dynamic electrocardiograph-ic software and the dynamic electrocardiographic results were compared with the scattergrams diagnosis.Results Of all the 573 cases,456 cases werethree distributions and 447 caseshad a B line of(0.47 ± 0.15)in it.The coincidence rate was 98%. 53 cases were four distributions,and 48 cases had a B line of(0.28 ± 0.11)in it. The coincidence rate was 90%. 58 cases were one distri-bution,fan-shaped,and all were the diagnosis of atrial fibrillation,the coincidence rate was 100%.1 case was fan-shaped combined with internal lattice-like orderly distribution,the diagnosis was atrial fibrillation combined with atrial flutter and thecoincidence rate was 100%. 2 cases were fan combined with baseball racket-shaped graph,the diagnosis was sinus rhythm,paroxysmal atrial fibril-lation and the coincidence rate was 100%. 2 cases were lattice-like distributions,the diagnosis was atrial flutter and thecoincidence rate was 100%. 1 case was"inverted Y-shaped"distribution,the diagnosis was atrial arrhythmiaand the coincidence rate was 100%. Conclusion The use of ECG scatter can be a rapid methodfor diagnosing ventricular arrhythmias,making the diagnosis of complex supraventricular arrhythmias more accurate and accurate,which can improve the coincidence rate and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis.
