合并重症感染的极重型再生障碍性贫血单倍体造血干细胞移植2例并文献复习

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for ex-tremely severe aplastic anemia complicated with severe infection. Methods The clinical data of 2extremely severe aplastic ane-mia patients complicated with severe infection who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our department were retro-spectively analyzed.The prepared processing scheme:Fludarabine(FLU) +Cyclophosphamide(CTX) +Rabbit immune globulin (ATG)against human T cells.Preventionof graft-versus-host disease:short-term of combined regimen of Methotrexate(MTX),Cy-closporine(CSA),MycophenolateMofetil(MMF).Grafts:bone marrow and peripheral blood stem cells after mobilization. Results Hematopoietic reconstitution was achieved in 2 patients.The neutrophil engraftment time was 12d and 9d,and the platelet en-graftment time was 18d and 12d,respectively. And the follow-up time was 32 months and 30 months,respectively. Conclusion Haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can be used as a kind of treatment option for extremely severe aplastic ane-mia patients with severe infection. However,the number of cases is small now and it needs further clinical investigation and re-search.关键词
