肾复康Ⅱ号联合骨髓间充质干细胞移植对肾间质纤维化大鼠肾功能、HGF和C-Met的作用研究
Effect of MSCs Transplantation Combined with Shenfukang Ⅱ on Kindey Function, Hepatocyte Growth Factor and C-Met in Renal Interstitial Fibrosis Rats

Abstract
Objective:Applying for Shenfukang Ⅱ combined with marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation,we researched the effect on kindey function,hepatocyte growth factor and C-Met in renal interstitial fibrosis rats,to explore the effect mechanism of Shenfukang Ⅱ on MSCs paracrine function.Methods:Rats MSCs were isolated and expanded by whole-bone marrow adherent screening in vitro.30SD rats were divided into three groups randomly,models group,MSCs transplantation group,Shenfukang Ⅱ combined with MSCs transplantation group.The suspension of Shenfukang Ⅱ (405mg/kg · d) and NS were administered to SD rats by gastrogavage respectively for 14days once a day.The left ureter of rats were ligated to establish animal models of renal interstitial fibrosis rats.The MSCs were implanted by caudal vein into the kidney tissure.After 1 w,2w,4w,the kidney function were detected by serum of the rats.At the same time,hepatocyte growth factor and C-Met of kidney tissure was detected by real-time PCR and Western blot.Results:Kindey function were improved in three groups,and was more significant in Shenfukang Ⅱ combined with MSCs transplantation group.Hepatocyte growth factor and C-Met of kidney tissure was more increased in Shenfukang Ⅱ combined with MSCs transplantation group than MSCs transplantation group.Conclusion:MSCs transplantation combined with Shenfukang Ⅱ can improve kidney function of renal interstitial fibrosis rats,by increasing hepatocyte growth factor and C-Met of kidney tissure.关键词
