基于TLR4/NF-κB信号通路研究益脾养肝方对大鼠肝癌前病变的影响
Effects of Compound YPYGF for Hepatic Precancerous Lesion in Rats Based on TLR4/NF-κB Signaling Pathway

Abstract
Objective:By the method of dietltylmitrosainine (DENA)-induced rat liver precancerous lesion model,to observe the effect of compound YPYGF on TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in rats.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into normal controlled group,DENA group,and two YPYGF (0.5and 1.0g/ml) treatment groups.After 16weeks of administration,rats were sacrificed to messure the changes of liver function,expression of TLR4and NF-κB in liver tissue homogenate,and liver tissues were measured by HE staining.Results:Compared with the DENA group,the levels of ALT,AST,ALP,TBIL in serum,and the levels of TLR4and NF-κB in liver tissue homogenate in YPYGF groups were significantly lower,the high-dose group was better (P<0.01).Liver HE staining pathological sections showed,compound YPYGF can improve the pathological changes of rats in the process of liver precancerous lesions.Conclusion:Compound YPYGF can inhibit the progression of liver precancerous lesions in rats,the mechanism of action may be through the TLR4/NF-KB signal pathway,which inhibits inflammation.关键词
