摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effects of Ximeining on the levels of GLP-1and GIP in serum and the expression of PI3KmRNA and AktmRNA in skeletal muscle of type 2diabetic rats.Methods:Intragastric administration of fat emulsion and two small dose injection of STZ induced type 2diabetic rat model,the rats were randomly divided into controlled group,model group,Ximeining group,metformin group,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of GLP-1 and GIP in serum of rats in each group.The expression of PI3KmRNA and AktmRNA in skeletal muscle of rats were detected by RT-PCR method.Results:Compared with the model group,Ximeining group and metformin group can increase the content of serum GLP-1,GIP (P (0.05or P (0.01),also can significantly up regulate the expression of PI3KmRNA and AktmRNA in skeletal muscle (P (0.01).Conclusion:Ximeining can promote GLP-1 and GIP secretion to regulate metabolism,but also by the change of expression of PI3KmRNA and AktmRNA to improve the T2DM rat model of insulin resistance.
