Experimental Study on the Effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Plus Moxa on Motilin for Rats with Spleen Deficiency Type Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of herbs and moxibustion on motilin in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) in order to explore its mechanism.Methods:Sixty-five SD rats were evenly and randomly divided into controlled group,node1group,herbs group, herbs and Weifuchun group, herbs and moxibustion group.CAG model was established by feeding the rats with MNNG solution, and oxygen bile acid sodium solution every other day,and hunger alternate methd continuously for 8weeks.Herbs cont-ained Dangshen (Radix Oedonopsis Pilosulae),Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Fuling (Poria cocos),Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae),Sharen (fructus amomi),Gancao (licorice root),Faxia (Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata),Chenpi (Pericarpurn Citri Retioulatae),etc.Plasma motilin contents were determined with Elisa Radioi-mmuno-assay.Results:In comparison with the controlled group, plasna motilin content increased significantly in the model group (P<0.05);while compared with the model group, plasma motilin contents in three treatment groups decreased significantly; In three treatment groups, plasma motilin was lowest in herbs and Weifuchun group, and then herbs and moxibustion groups and herbs groups. Conclusion:Herbs and moxibustion can apparently regulate the levels of plasma motility in CAG rats, produce normal gastrointestinal peristalsis and promote gastric emptying to shorten gastric retention of the damage factor, and thus have effect of gastrointestinal scavenger, which can play role in prevention and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.关键词
