Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with lipid-lowering therapy on carotid artery stenting in patients with carotid artery stenosis.Methods:From January 2013to January 2016,selected 83patients with carotid artery,stenosis in our hospital,all patients underwent carotid artery stenting,and the operation was successful,the patients were randomly divided into observation group (n =44) and controlled group (n =39),the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine combined with lipid-lowering treatment,the controlled group was given lipid-lowering intervention,observed two groups blood lipid,carotid intima media thickness and restenosis.Results:The observation group after the intervention TG HDL-C and TC were (3.67±0.82) mmol/L,(1.18±0.40) mmol/L and (1.81±0.31) mmol/L,significantly lower than the controlled group (P＜0.05),and LDL-C was (1.61±0.41) mmol/L,significantly higher than the controlled group (P＜0.05);The observation group carotid intima-media thickness after the intervention was (1.17±0.42) mm,significantly lower than the controlled group (P＜0.05);The restenosis rate of the observation group was 13.64％,which was significantly lower than that of the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no adverse reaction between the two groups during the follow-up period.Conclusion:Carotid artery stenting in patients with carotid artery,stenosis,the application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with lipid-lowering therapy can significantly reduce the level of blood lipids,reduce the occurrence of carotid artery restenosis.关键词
