Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Guagou Gegen Decoction on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the effect of phlegm inflammatory factors.Methods:65patients were treated in our hospital,divided into controlled group and treatment group.The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine.On the basis of this,the treatment group was treated with Guagou Gegen Decoction.Results:The total effective rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group (P＜0.05).The clinical manifestations of fever,cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,wheezing and so on were significant (P＜0.05).The levels of IL-8,TNF-α,IL-17and IL-23in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group (P＜0.05),and the concentration of IL-17in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Gualou Gegen Decoction has a certain therapeutic value for acute exacerbation of COPD and deserves clinical promotion.关键词
