Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of Hewei Huashi Decoction combined with proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of peptic ulcer in the elderly.Methods:70cases of elderly patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital were randomly divided into experiment group and controlled group,35cases in each group.The controlled group received proton pump inhibitors,Pantoprazole Enteric Capsules 40mg morning qd,Clarithromycin Capsules 250mg,bid,Amoxicillin Capsules 0.5g,qid,2weeks after,Clarithromycin Capsules and Amoxicillin Capsules stopped;the experiment group received more with Hewei Huashi Decoction.4weeks for 1 courses of treatment,and 2groups were treated for 2courses of treatment.After the end of treatment,pepsinogen (PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ),motilin (MOT),PG Ⅰ/PG Ⅱ (PGR),interleukin 17 (IL-17),interleukin 25 (IL-25),superoxide dismutase (SOD),nitric oxide (NO),lipid peroxide (LPO) occurred the level and adverse reactions were compare after the treatment.Results:Compared with the controlled group,the total effective rate of the experiment group was higher (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of MOT,PGR and PGI increased in the 2groups (P＜0.05),and the levels of PGI,PGR and MOT in the experiment group were higher than that of the controlled group (P＜0.05).Compared with the before treatment,2groups of interleukin-17,interleukin-2decreased (P＜0.05),and compared with the controlled group,the experiment group of interleukin-17and interleukin-25levels were lower (P＜0.05),levels of superoxide dismutase and nitric oxide increased in the 2groups,lipid peroxidation decreased (P＜0.05),and compared with the controlled group,levels of superoxide dismutase and nitric oxide in the experiment group were higher,levels of lipid peroxidation were lower (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Hewei Huashi Decoction combined with proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of peptic ulcer in the elderly has significant effective with safety.关键词
