乌梅丸联合驻车丸方保留灌肠治疗脾虚湿热型放射性直肠损伤的临床研究
Clinical Study of Using Wumei Pill Combined Zhuche Pill Retention Enema in the Treatment of Spleen-deficiency and Dampness-heat Type Radiation Rectal Injury

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wumei Pill combined with Zhuche Pill for the treatment of retention enema with spleen deficiency and dampness heat type radiation rectal injury and the influence of the state and the level of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-alpha level in patients.Methods:120patients met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into three groups,treatment group was treated by Wumei Pill combined Zhuche Pill retention enema;the controlled group 1treated with Kangfuxin retention enema;the controlled group 2was given Sucralfate Oral Suspension retention enema.The changes of symptoms and signs,rectal mucosa congestion and edema,functional status,serum IL-1,IL-6and TNF-levels were observed before and after intervention.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the controlled group 1,the controlled group 2was 90％,77.50％,75％ respectively,the treatment group compared with the controlled group in total clinical efficacy was significantly different efficiency (P＜0.05).The treatment group were compared with the controlled group in the KPS score,serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF-levels were significantly different (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Wumei Pill combined with Zhuche Pill retention enena can effectively improve the spleen deficiency symptoms of rectal injury,rectal mucosa is significantly improved,significantly improve functional status and quality of life of patients.关键词
