Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan Hewei Decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods:97cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients in our hospital from January 2015to January 2016,using SAS10.0software to generate random digit and randomly divided into Chinese and western medicine group of 48cases (Shugan Hewei Decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy),western medicine group (western medicine treatment) of the 49cases,two groups of patients were treated for 8consecutive weeks.Results:After 8weeks of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group of patients with heartburn,acid regurgitation,chest pain,belching,stomach pain,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,abdominal distension symptom scores were lower than the pure western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),CDP,EGJP,LESP,PEAP,DEPA of western medicine group were higher than that of simple western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);After 8weeks of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group was 39.58％,the effective rate was 47.91％,the cure rate of the simple western medicine group was 26.53％ and the effective rate was 40.82％,there were significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Hewei Decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can improve the patients with gastroesophageal motility function,relieve clinical symptoms,improve clinical curative effect.关键词
