参芪地黄散对急性肾损伤恢复期患者肾功能的影响
Effect of Shenqi Dihuang Powder on Renal Function for Patients with Acute Renal Injury in Convalescent Period

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenqi Dihuang Powder on renal function in patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) in convalescent period.Methods:A total of 188patients with AKI in convalescent period in our hospital who were admitted between March 2014and April 2016were randomly divided into observation group (n=94) and controlled group (n=94) by the random number table method.The controlled group was given symptomatic treatment and hormone therapy.On the basis,the observation group were treated with Shenqi Dihuang Powder.After 3months of treatment,the efficacy,TCM syndrome score,changes of renal function and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than the controlled group (86.17％ vs 64.89％) (P＜ 0.05).After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in the observation group (4.06±1.32) was significantly lower than that in the controlled group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) in the observation group was increased to (84.32±8.27) ml/min which was significantly higher than that in the controlled group (P＜0.05).The urine protein,blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) levels were reduced to (0.73±0.27) g/24h,(5.20±2.14) mmol/L and (95.32±21.47) mol/L,significantly lower than those in the controlled group (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than the controlled group (6.38％ vs 18.08％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Dihuang Powder can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with AKI in convalescent period,and promote the recovery of renal function.It is safe and effective.关键词
