Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis Chinese herbal medicine to treat aseptic necrosis of the femoral head and the effect on bone mineral density.Methods:From January 2014to December 2015,86cases of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head patients received conservative treatment in our hospital were generated using SPSS16.0were randomly divided into TCM group and normal group,43cases in each group,two groups were treated with routine treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis Chinese herbal medicine,the treatment lasted for 3months.Results:After treatment,low blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hematocrit of the TCM group was lower than the conventional group (P＜0.05),bone mineral density of femoral neck,trochanter was higher than the conventional group (P＜0.05),serum PMP,PAC-1,CD62P of the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than the conventional group (P＜0.05after treatment,the TCM group);the excellent rate of hip joint function was 79.07％,it was higher than the conventional group which was 58.14％ (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Applying Tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head can improve the serum level of bone density,blood rheology index and hip joint function.关键词
