黄芩素、小檗碱、大黄酸、大黄素与阿莫西林联合抗幽门螺杆菌的药敏实验研究
Study on the Anti-Helicobactor Pylori Activity of Berberine, Baicalin, Rhein and Emodin Combined with Amoxicillin
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Researchng the effect of berberine,baicalin,rhein and emodin on anti helicobacter activity of amoxicillin.Methods:The protocol was designed by checkboard method and the MICs of berberine,baicalin,rhein and emodin alone and combined with amoxicillin against helicobacter pylori by broth dilution method,the FIC index was calculated according to the MIC results.Results:The MIC values of berberine,baicalin,rhein,emodin and amoxicillin were 100μg/ml,100μg/ml,50μg/ml,100μg/ml,100μg/ml respectively.FIC was less than or equal to 0.5.Conclusion:Berberine,baicalin,rhein and emodin can significantly increase the antibacterial activity of amoxicillin against helicobacter pylori.关键词
