自拟活血止痛方早期干预防治肝经郁热型带状疱疹后遗神经痛90例临床疗效观察
Huoxue Zhitong prescription of early intervention on the clinical research of liver stagnation of postherpetic neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
Object:To observe the effect of Huoxue Zhitong prescription of earlv intervention on the clinical curative effect of liver stagnation of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:90patients with the stagnated heat syndrome of liver meridian were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given the conventional western medicine treatment,experimental group on the basis of the control medicine to add with the huoxue zhitong prescription treatment.The course of treatment was 14days of continuous treatment.Respectively,before the treatment and treatment of 3,7,10,14days,and after treatment on January,February,march follow-up.By comparing disease and assessment indicators and VAS score standard between the two groups difference of herpes zoster symptons,pain level,as well as differences in the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia,to make the outcome.Results:(1) The comprehensive efficacy:the curative effect of treatnent group and control group was no significant difference (P＞0.05).Improve pain curative effect:the treatment group was better than control group (P＜0.05);(2) The time of two groups of pain relief 50％ scabby area of 50％ and the frequency of occurrence of postherpetic neuralgia were needed,the time required in the treatment group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05);(3) In terms of improving the symptoms of the body,the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The early use of "Huoxue Zhitong prescription" in the prevention and treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,The method is effective,safe and clinical popularization.关键词
