四妙勇安汤加减对2型糖尿病并痛风急性发作的效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Simiao Yongan Decoction for acute exacerbation of type 2diabetes mellitus complicated with gout.Methods:Randomly selected 112cases of patients with type 2diabetes and acute attack of gout from May 2012to May 2015in our hospital,according to the method of treatment of these patients were divided into test groups (n=56) and controlled group (n =56).Patients in the controlled group were treated with western medicine.The patients in the experimental group were treated with the combination of Simiao Yong'an Decoction and western medicine,and then the serum sVCAM-1,NO,ET-1,TNF-levels and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Results:The test group patients serum sVCAM-1,ET-1 and TNF-levels were significantly lower than the controlled group (P＜0.05),the level of NO was significantly higher than that of the controlled group (P＜0.05),the total efficiency of 96.43％ of the treatment group (54/56) was significantly higher than the controlled group 62.50％ (35/56) (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect is significant of Simiao Yong'an Decoction for treating type 2diabetes and gout acute attack,can effectively improve the patient's vascular endothelial function,improve the total efficiency of the treatment of patients,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
