摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the role of adjuvant therapy for kyphoplasty after surgery,observed in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures pain effect,and the restoration of vertebral height influence.Methods:Using retrospective analysis method,from January 2011to January 2014in our hospital a total of 300patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients according to requirements,the patients were divided into 3groups:A group (108cases) after the application of PKP technology combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,group B (99cases) by PKP technology,C group (93cases) application of Duhuo Jisbeng Decoction;Three groups were treated for one month (30days),were recorded before treatment,after treatment for a week,a month,three months VAS score parallel X-ray examination in the vertebral height restoration assessment (BGP),alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and type Ⅰ procollagen amino terminal propeptide (PINP) levels were measured before and after treatment.Results:Through the analysis of relevant information,the patients in the three groups before treatment were improved obviously;the three groups after a week after treatment,the VAS grade level of the group A and the group B was lower than the group C;better therapeutic effect of the A group was more than the B group and the group C to reduce pain,the treatment effect was not as good as the group A and B;three months after treatment compared with the group A in the three group was the best pain relief effect;Patients with restoration of vertebral body height was the best,the restoration of vertebral body height in the front and middle vertebral body was the serum levels of BGP,ALP and PINP in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and group C after one week of treatment.Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in a short period of time to relieve the pain of the effect is not ideal,but the effect is maintained for a long time;PKP alone in a short time surgery can relieve the pain of patients,but can not guarantee lasting effect,sometimes the pain will increase,therefore Duhuo Jisheng Decoction as adjunct therapy osteoporotic vertebral body height recovery VAS vertebral fracture and postoperative and long-term maintenance,to reduce the pain of patients is very effective and is considered to be a safe and effective treatment method.关键词
