Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Gegen Qianlian Decoction on periodontal tissue IL-1β in children with chronic periodontitis.Methods:70patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from December 2014to December 2016were divided into two groups:controlled group (35cases) and observation group (35cases).The patients in the controlled group were treated with periodontal basis.The observation group was given Gegen Qinlian Decoction on the basis of the controlled group,and the levels of plaque and plaque index were compared before and after treatment.The gingival crevicular fluid IL-1β,IL-6levels and serum of patients was detected.Results:The total effective rate was 94.29％ in the observation group and 71.43％ in the controlled group.The difference was statistically significant (x2 =6.437,P＜0.05) in the observation group and the observation group (P＜0.05).The depth of treatment,the level of attachment,the plaque index and the controlled group were significantly higher than those of the observation group (P＜0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of IL-1β and IL-6in the gingival crevicular fluid after treatment were significantly higher than those in the controlled group (P＜0.05),and the levels of IL-1β and IL-6in the gingival crevicular fluid were significantly lower than those in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:IL-1β levels in patients with chronic periodontitis can be significantly reduced by Gegen Qinlian Decoction,thereby can reduce the inflammatory response and improve the treatment of patients.关键词
