摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of using Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of anovulatory infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and its effect on PI and RI in uterine and ovarian arteries.Methods:42patients with PCOS diagnosed as anovulatory infertility were selected (they were both kidney deficiency and blood stasis type),to give Modified Bushen Huoxue Decoction,1 agent/d,30d for 1 courses.Before and after the treatment of patients with ovulation,pregnancy,menstruation,uterine artery and ovarian artery blood flow were analyzed.Results:In the 42patients,pregnancy was found in 23cases,and the pregnancy rate was about 54.76%;The treatment periods were 110,the ovulation cycles were 75,the ovulation rate was about 68.18%;After treatment,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume and menstrual score were better than before treatment,P<0.05;After treatment,the follicular diameter was significantly larger than that before treatment,P<0.05;After treatment,the PI and RI of endometrial and ovarian stromal blood flow were significantly decreased,compared with before treatment,P< 0.05.Conclusion:For PCOS patients with ovulatory dysfunction infertility,to give Modified Bushen Huoxue Decoction,can improve ovulation rate,enhance the local blood flow of pelvic cavity,improve pregnancy rate.
