摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Flavored Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill for patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:58cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from December 2013to November 2016were selected and randomly divided into two groups.29cases of patients in routine group were provided with,in addition to conventional western medical treatment,Shexiang Baoxin Pill,while 29cases of patients in research group were provided with,in addition to what for routine group,Flavored Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.Patients in the two groups were compared for heart rate,blood pressure,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and efficacy of TCM symptom before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the improvement of heart rate and blood pressure of patients in the research group were obviously superior to those of patients in the routine group,and the difference had statistical significance (P＜0.05).As for the comparison of TCM symptom between the first course and the second course after treatment,the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in the research group was obviously better than that of the routine group,and the difference had statistical significance (P＜0.05).The total efficacy of TCM symptom efficacy of patients in the research group was obviously lower than that of the routine group (86.21％),and the difference had statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Flavored Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill can effectively optimize TCM symptom for patients with coronary heart disease,and facilitate efficacy.关键词
