城市总体规划实施的对策研究
Research on countermeasures of urban master planning implementation
摘要
Abstract
Urban master planning implementation is a highly systematic work led by the government and participated by multiple departments,and is one of the important way of promoting the development of city.It largely determines the rationality of the layout structure of the city,the economy of the facility operation and the comfort of the public space.Considering the typical problems during the urban master planning implementation as like imperfect planning system,unsound implementation policies,weak implementation of the principal coordination,lack of demonstration of major projects,and formalization of public participation,the paper deeply analyzes the connotation of urban master planning implementation and summarizes the characteristics of urban master planning implementation,which is systemic,phased,continuous,limited and social.Based on this,it puts forward specific implementation measures from the four aspects of identifying the types of implementation,broadening the way of urban master planning implementation,uniting the implementing subject and promoting public participation to provide some reference and inspiration for improving the implementation of urban master planning in our country.关键词
