摘要

Abstract

The research on the material performance regularity of self-compacting concrete can provide important reference for the construction of different grade substation firewall.Based on Linyi local self-compacting raw materials,to carry out the performance and mechanical tests of self-compacting concrete,the properties of self-compacting concrete under different water-cement ratio,sand rate and superplasticizer content were studied.And the benefits of the test results applied to Linyi 1000kV substation firewall were analysed The test results were applied to Linyi 1000 kV substation firewall. The results show that when the water-cement ratio is 0.39,the sand rate is 0.39 and the superplasticizer is 1.0%,self-compacting concrete working performance has reached the best condition with better liquidity forming dense uniform.The compressive and tensile strength grows fastest during 3~7 d,and the compressive strength is at average of 37 MPa in 28th d,meeting the requirements of the firewall C30.Linyi 1000 kV substation self-compacting concrete firewall is at the following ratio:water reducing agent 3.7 kg/m3,cement 185 kg/m3,fly ash 130 kg/m3,slag 55 kg/m3,water 144 kg/m3,sand 668 kg/m3,gravel 1045 kg/m3,improving the economic and social benefits and meeting the requirements of the durability and mechanical performance of the firewall.
