摘要

Abstract

The semiconducting (1-x)BaTiO3-xLa2 O3 ceramic was prepared by using the tradi-tional solid state reaction and through the test to determine the performance of the most ex-cellent components.On this basis,the (1-y)Na0.5Bi0.5 TiO3-yBaTiO3 semiconductor ceramics were prepared.The structure,dielectric properties and PTC properties of the prepared ceram-ic samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD),impedance spectroscopy and the tem-perature dependence of resistivity.T he results show that the BaTiO3 ceramic sample could obtain good PTC effect (ρmax/ρmin=103 ),low room temperature resistivity (ρRT ~2.2 × 102 Ω· cm) and high Curie temperature (TC ~118.3 ℃) when x=0.0022.The NBT-based ce-ramics could obtain low ρRT (7.7 × 107 Ω· cm) and high Curie temperature (240.3 ℃) when y=0.4,which is expected to be used in the PTC field.
