纳米氧化铜催化2-芳基取代酞嗪酮的合成反应研究
CuO nanoparticles-catalyzed synthesis of 2-Aryl substituted phthalazinones
摘要
Abstract
Phthalazinones is one of the nitrogen control heterocycle compounds and proved to have extensive pharmacological activities.Ten of substituted phthalazine-1 (2H )-ones were prepared in good yields with 2-carboxybenzaitehyde and aromatic hydrazines as the sub-strate,alcohol as the solvent and nano CuO as the catalyst.All of the products were charac-terized by 1 H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS and melting points test.This method has many advanta-ges,such as simple experimental procedures,environmentally friendly solvent,inexpensive and recyclable catalyst.关键词
