溶胶-凝胶法制备Ni1-xZnxFe2O4及其Zn2+掺杂对磁性质的影响
Sol-gel method synthesis and the effect of doping Zn2+ ions on magnetic properties of Ni1-xZnxFe2O4
摘要
Abstract
Ni1-x Znx Fe2O4 (x-=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0) powders were prepared by sol-gel method,the microstructure,morphology and magnetic properties of samples were investigated by using XRD,FESEM and VSM.The results show that 750 ℃ is the optimum calcination temperature for preparation of samples,Ni1-xZnxFe2O4 calcined at 750 ℃ have single spinel phase.NiFe2O4 nanoparticles are similar sphere,uniform in size and good in dispersion.After doping Zn2+ ions,the particle size increases and a small amount of agglomeration occurs.With the increasing of Zn2+ ions,saturation magnetization(Ms)increased first and then decreased with a maximum value of 65.63 emu· g-1 at x=0.4.Synchronously,coercivity Hc decrease monotonously,the higher value of Hc was up to 196.09 Oe when x=0.关键词
