Epidemic Dynamics of SIS Model with Heterogeneous Susceptibility on Random Dynamical Networks

Abstract
In this paper,we propose a susceptible-infected-susceptible (SIS) epidemic model on dynamical networks based on random walk processes.We focus on the effects of heterogeneous susceptibilities and heterogeneous interaction radii among individuals on the epidemic dynamics.The explicit expression of the basic reproduction number R0 is derived by means of the next generation matrix.Furthermore,the global stability of the model system is analyzed.We argue that whenR0 < 1 the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable while if R0 > 1 then there is one and only one endemic equilibrium which is globally asymptotically stable.关键词
