医学生无偿献血现况及影响因素调查分析
Investigation and analysis of current situation and influencing factors on non-remunerated blood donation in medical students
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand current situation and influencing factors towards non-remunerated blood donation of medical students,and to provide pertinent reference for behavior intervention in medical students and development of recruitment strategies.Methods In October 2016,a total of 1 020 medical students in Gannan medical university were surveyed with seff-compiled questionnaires on the attitude,and their reasons for promoting or hindering non-remunerated blood donation.1 020 questionnaires were issued and 971 were collected,among which all questionnaires were valid.Results In this sample,22.45％ medical students had blood donation experience,and there were significant difference between different gender(P＜0.05) and not significant from freshnen who came from rural or urban regions.The positive and negative factors of non-remunerated blood donation for medical students were spiritual pursuits,such as professional ethics consciousness,help others,personal interests about preferential blood transfusion,etc;the negative effects on the body included fear of infection,malaise.The factors of non-remunerated blood donation in medical students were as followed:help others (P ＜0.05),spiritual pursuit(P＜0.05),complete inspection during non-remunerated blood donation(P＜0.05),worrying about the health status after blood donation (P＜ 0.05),lack of publicity on campus (P＜0.05) and lack of awareness on voluntary blood donation(P＜0.05).Conclusion Non-remunerated blood donation in medical students is related to multiple factors and specific measures should be taken for related factors to improve the awareness on voluntary blood donation in medical students in medical university.关键词
