抑制素B与多囊卵巢综合征不同临床表型相关性研究
Correlation between inhibin B and PCOS of different clinical phenotypes

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)and discuss the correlation between inhibin B (INH B)and PCOS of different clinical phenotypes.Methods Totally 148 cases of PCOS patients diagnosed by the Rotterdam criteria were included as the case group,and 40 women with normal regular menstrual and reproductive history were included as the control group.All the cases were selected in Guangdong Provincial Family Planning Hospital From June 2013 to December 2015.Use the questionnaire survey to collect the basic information of the subjects.Patients were divided into hyperandrogenism (HA)group and non-HA group by serum concentration of testosterone (T)≥1.97 nmol/L.According to HOMA-IR≥2.69 they were divided into insulin resistance (IR) group and non-IR group.According to the body mass index (BMI)≥24 they were divided into obese and nonobese groups.Three groups were stratified and analyzed.Analyze the correlation between inhibin B and different clinical phenotypes of PCOS.Results There were significant differences in BMI,LH,LH/ FSH,T,AMH and HOMA-IR between the control group and the PCOS group(P ＜ 0.01).There was no significant difference in INH B (P ＞ 0.05).There was a significant difference in INH B between the HA group and the non-HA group (P=0.000),but no significant difference in AMH,BMI and HOMA-IR (P ＞ 0.05).In the IR group and the non-IR group,the differences in BMI and INH B were statistically significant (P＜ 0.05)while the differences in T and AMH were not significant (P ＞ 0.05).In the obese and non-obese groups,the differences in HOMA-IR and INH B were statistically significant (P=0.001),but not significant in T and AMH (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Different clinical phenotypes,such as hyperandrogenism,insulin resistance and obesity,may have different pathophysiological mechanisms.It may be that INH B has different expression of PCOS in different phenotypes.关键词
