Research progress on venous images of acute cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Increasing evidences have demonstrated the roles of intracranial veinous system in the pathogenesis of acute cerebral infarction.There are several venous signs have been were revealed to have relationship with prognosis of acute cerebral infarction,for example,hypoplasia or occlusion of the ipsilateral cranial venous drainage,early venous drainage,delay in cortical vein filling during the late phase,asymmetry cortical vessel signs,"Brush Sign" on susceptibility-weighted image,and internal cerebral vein asymmetry after treatment.Based on the concept of neurovascular network,the aim of therapy for acute cerebral infarct is to maintain the balance between arterial and venous circulation,not simply to highlight the arterial recanalization or reperfusion.Therefore,it is needed in the future to deeply investigate the effects of venous drainage on the pathogenetic mechanisms of acute cerebral infarction.关键词
