摘要
Abstract
The prevalence and severity of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD),increases with the age,is the common imaging findings of the brain in the elderly.Cerebral small vessel disease is known to contribute to vascular dementia and is the main cause of mixed dementia.Small vessel disease is the cause of about a quarter of all acute ischaemic strokes and is thought to double the risk of stroke.Numerous studies have shown that arterial spin labehng(ASL),a kind of functional magenetic resonance imaging technology which might reflect tissue blood perfusion,can get the cerebral blood flow(CBF).The ASL can play a significance role in studying the pathogenesis and progression of cerebral small vessel disease.This article reviewed these studies.关键词
