Abstract
China is rapidly entering the aging society,and the heart disease is the leading cause of death for elderly people over the age of 65.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the elderly is in a serious situation.Based on this,the CrossStrait Medical and Health Association of Gerontology Specialized Committee presided over the compilation of"antithrombotic experts consensus in the elderly over the age of 75" in June,2017,which involved common thrombotic diseases in geriatric patients,including coronary heart disease,atrial fibrillation and deep vein thrombosis.The different antithrombotic drugs were combed and recommended according to the different pharmacological mechanisms.This paper is aimed to interpret the above consensus document in order to provide a reference for the clinical decision-making in elderly patients.关键词
