基因组选择技术及其在猪育种中的应用探讨
The Genomic Selection and Its Application in Pig Breeding
摘要
Abstract
The Genomic Selection (GS) technology takes the advantage of the marker information,which cover the genome and connect to the economic traits,to calculate the total effects and selection individuals on the basis of the genomic estimated breeding value (GEBV).GS was first widespread used in dairy cattle,while in pigs,the benefit of early selection and increasing in the selection accuracy were first emerged in Duroc pigs.However,in maternal pigs,the genetic breeding program is more complex.To find out the problem,this paper firstly discussed the key issues in the application of genomic selection and then introduced the application in Duroc pigs.Finally,how to combine the genomic seletion to the present pig breeding program in maternal pigs was mainly discussed.关键词
