摘要
Abstract
With the restriction on growth promoting antibiotics (AGP) in animal industry,plant extracts and essential oils,as new additive products,are increasingly concerned.Plant extracts and plant oils show some positive effects in practice,but not always stable,therefore further exploration are needed at both theoretical and application levels.At present,there are wide range of such products,but most of the products contain carvacrol and thymol as major active molecules,they are also the main components of Oregano oils:one of the earliest used essential oil.This paper briefly summarizes the recent advance on mode of action of carvacrol and thymol,and analyzes the limiting factors and solutions as additive products,in order to provide reference for development and selection of such products.关键词
