维生素E对高温环境下笼养育成蛋鸭生长性能及血液生化指标的影响
Effects of Vitamin E on Growth Performance and Biochemical Indexes in Laying Ducks Reared in Cages Under High Temperature Environment
摘要
Abstract
The study was conducted to determine the effects of dietary vitamin E levels (0,20 mg/kg,220 mg/kg and 420 mg/kg respectively) on growth performance and biochemical indexes in 144 Jinding laying ducks of rearing period (10-16 weeks old) in cages under high temperature environment (29~35℃).The results showed that the feed intakes of 20 and 220 mg/kg groups at 16 weeks old were higher than that of the control group and 420 mg/kg group (P<0.05),the body weights of 220 and 420 mg/kg groups at 16 weeks old were heavier than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio of 220 mg/kg groups was the lowest among four groups.AST activities of three treatment groups were lower than the control group significantly (P<0.05),ALT activity of 420 mg/kg group was lower than other three groups significantly (P<0.05),but there was no no significant difference among four groups.TCH concentration of 220 mg/kg group was higher than that of other three groups significantly (P<0.05).The thymus indexes of 220 mg/kg group and 420 mg/kg group were higher than that of other two groups significantly (P<0.05).The developments of reproductive organs of 220 mg/kg group and 420 mg/kg group were better than that of other two groups, but there was no significant difference in ovary weight, oviduct weight or oviduct length respectively among four groups (P>0.05).So the addition of 220 mg/kg of vitamin E could obviously improve the growth performance of the laying ducks in reared cages, protect the function of liver, promote the development of immune organs and reproductive organs.关键词
