京津冀乳制品冷链物流效率与影响因素研究
Study on the Efficiency and Influencing Factors of Cold Chain Logistics of Dairy Products in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Abstract
This paper is based on the survey data of 14 representative dairy enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,It uses DEA-tobit model to analyse the technical efficiency of cold chain logistics of dairy products and the influence factors,it reflects the current situation and the main problems of cold chain logistics of dairy products in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.The results show that the comprehensive technical efficiency of cold chain logistics of dairy products in BeijingTianjin-Hebei Region was at a high level,the average value was 95.3％,and the inefficiency factors accounted for 4.7％ in 2016.In the factors affecting the efficiency of cold chain logistics of dairy products in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,the influence of low temperature dairy processing tendency and cold chain storage cost are the most significant,and they have a positive effect on the efficiency of cold chain logistics of dairy products.In addition,cold storage capacity,cold chain transportation cost and management ability of enterprises have a positive influence on the development of cold chain logistics of dairy products.The refrigerating transport capacity of enterprises is the main factor that restricts the efficiency of cold chain logistics of dairy products.关键词
