Abstract
Objective To establish the optimum extraction process of Jinmaxing Zhike Tablets. Methods The orthogonal test was adopted with ephedrine, amygdalin, baicalin and chlorogenic acid as indexes, the alcohol extraction process and water extraction process were opti-mized, and the alcohol precipitation concentration of water extraction process was investigated. Results The optimum condition of alcohol extraction process was as follows:10 times of 60% ethanol, extraction 2 times, 2 h each time. The optimum condition of water extraction process was as follows:10 times of water, extracting 2 times, 2 h each time. The alcohol precipitation concentration of water extraction process was 70%. Conclusion Through the optimized extraction process of Jinmaxing Zhike Tablets, the extraction rates of ephedrine and other components are more than 70%.关键词
