摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of ergosterol in Yinmi Tablets. Methods The chromato-graphic column was Agilent Eclipse plus C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) with methanol-water ( 93:7 ) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 283 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The linearity of ergosterol were good in the range of 0. 09-1. 02 μg and the regression equation was Y=1508. 7081 X+26. 6292 ( r=0. 9998 ) . The average recovery was 97. 50%, and the RSD was 2. 05% ( n=9 ) . Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, well sensitivity and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Yinmi Tablets.关键词
