摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Liumo Decoction on serum neuropeptide Y ( NPY ) , substance P ( SP ) and 5- HT in patients with constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome ( IBS-C ) . Methods Totally 183 patients with IBS-C were selected and divided into the control group ( n=92 ) and the observation group ( n=91 ) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate, on this basis, the observation group was treated with modified Liumo Decoction. Results After treatment, the abdominal pain/abdominal discomfort, abdominal distension, defecation characteristics and process abnormalities and the total score of symptoms, as well as NPY, SP, 5-HT and somatostatin ( SS ) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 05), in the same period, those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93. 41%, which was higher than 79. 35% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Modified Liumo Decoction for treating patients with IBS-C can improve the secretion of brain and intestinal peptide, improve the clinical effect, and has good safety, it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
