Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huanshao Capsules in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia. Methods Totally 193 patients with oligoasthenospermia were divided into three groups according to the open, self-controlled clinical research method. The control group ( 60 cases ) received Vitamin E Tablets ( 1 tablet/time, 3 times/d ) , the treatment group ( 70 cases ) received Huanshao Capsules ( 3 capsules/time, 3 times /d ) , the combination group ( 63 cases ) received Huanshao Capsules ( 3 capsules/time, 3 times/d ) and Vitamin E Tablets ( 1 tablet/time, 3 times/d ) . The 3 groups were treated for 12 weeks. Results Totally 184 patients finished the clinical research. After 4, 8, 12 weeks of treatment, the indexes of the treatment group and the combination group were improved in varying degrees, and the pregnancy rates of the spouse were significantly improved. After 12 weeks of treatment, the sperm density of the treatment group increased by 74. 78%, and that of the combination group increased by 83. 48%. the grade a and b sperms of the treat-ment group increased by 98. 74%, and that of the combination group increased by 103. 72%, the grade a sperms of the treatment group increased by 95. 64%, and that of the combination group increased by 94. 97%, the sperm motility rate of the treatment group increased by 72. 26%, and that of the combination group increased by 73. 93%, the semen volume of the treatment group increased by 30. 99%, and that of the combination group increased by 29. 67%, the semen liquefaction time of the treatment group decreased by 39. 90%, that of the combination group decreased by 39. 41%, the normal sperm morphology of the treatment group increased by 160. 80%, and that of the combination group increased by 178. 87%, the fructose content in semen of the treatment group and the combination group in-creased by 38. 08% and 40. 90%, respectively, the α-glucosidase activity of the treatment group and the combination group increased by 41. 75% and 41. 66% , respectively, the pregnancy rates of the treatment group and the combination group were 19. 70% and 19. 67%, respectively. Conclusion Huanshao Capsules can significantly improve the semen quality of patients with oligoasthenospermia, improve the pregnancy rate of the spouse, and there is no obvious adverse reaction.关键词
