Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous infusion of dopamine and furosemide combined with continous nursing for treating intractable heart failure. Methods Totally 80 patients with intractable heart failure from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected and treated with intravenous infusion of dopamine and furosemide, they were divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods, 40 cases in each group. The routine nursing group was given routine hospital nursing, health education when discharge, and periodic review, while the continuous nursing group was given continuous nursing after discharged from hospital. Results The nursing satisfaction of the continuous nursing group was higher than that of the routine nursing group ( P < 0. 05 ) . After the discharge, the scores of medication compliance, reasonable diet according to doctor′s advice and rehabilitation exercises according to doctor′s advice were higher in the continuous nursing group than those in the routine nursing group ( P < 0. 05 ) . At discharge, the psychological status, social function and physical function of the two groups had little difference ( P > 0. 05 ) , 6 months after discharge, the related indicators of cardiac function in the continuous nursing group were better than those in the routine nursing group( P < 0. 05). The rate of readmission in the continuous nursing group was lower than that in the routine nursing group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Intravenous infusion of dopamine and furosemide for treating intractable heart failure has good effect, continuous nursing can improve the compliance behavior of patients after discharge, control the progress of disease, improve the cardiac function, reduce the treatment rate of reentry hospital, improve the overall physical and mental state and social function of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing service, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
