头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合综合护理用于危重症患者40例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection combined with comprehensive nursing intervention for treating critically ill patients in ICU. Methods Totally 80 critically ill patients in ICU from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by random sampling method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given Levofloxacin Injection combined with routine nursing intervention, while the study group was treated with Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. Results Compared with the control group, the efficacy and related indexes of the study group improved better, the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions and pulmonary infection were lower, the hospitalization time, ICU treatment time and mechanical ventilation time were shorter ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for Injection combined with comprehensive nursing intervention for treating critically ill patients in ICU has significant curative effect, low incidence of adverse drug reactions and pulmonary infection, it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
