摘要
Abstract
Objective To promote safe and rational drug use management in our hospital by using information technology. Methods In order to establish and optimize the practical experience of pharmaceutical information system, the management software of rational drug use, restriction function of drug prescription, design of contraindication labels and real-time prescription comment interface were embedded into the existing hospital information management system(HIS) . Results Implementation of information construction measures could effectively regulate physicians′ prescribing behavior, the rate of irrational prescriptions dropped from 12. 02% in 2014 to 6. 82% in 2016, it also improved the participations′ and quality of pharmacists′ prescription reviews, extended the pharmaceutical care model and improved the patients′satisfaction with medical treatment. Conclusion Combined with the characteristics of the hospital, the targeted information construction of HIS will help to ensure the safety of clinical medication and improve the levels of hospital pharmaceutical care and pharmacy management.关键词
