Progress of Research on MicroRNA in Regulating Synaptic Vesicle Recycling
摘要
Abstract
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small22 nucleotides noncoding RNAs that regulate the expres-sion of genes based on the transcription of mRNA and the negative control of stability. miRNAs are abundant in the brain, where they play key roles in neuron growth and development and in regulation of neural function. Neurotransmis-sion begins with the release of neurotransmitters from synaptic vesicles. Synaptic vesicles endure the dynamic "re-lease-recycle"process to maintain the function and structure of presynaptic terminal. Advancing research has found that miRNA plays an significant role in neural synapsing. This review focuses on miRNAs in regulating synaptic vesicle re-cycling .关键词
